WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

New Home Comfort accepts all types of payment. You can pay online using a credit or debit card, or you can pay with cash or a check in person. We are extremely flexible when it comes to payment, if you have any questions about specifics, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer. 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

New Home Comfort only uses original manufactured parts that fit your brand of system. We get these parts from our multiple distributors of equipment across the Toledo area. Depending on your brand of equipment we will be able to source a part specifically manufactured for your system.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY INDOOR AIR QUALITY?

New Home Comfort offers a variety of different services to increase the air quality in your home. We can install air purifiers and humidifiers to your furnace, or we could change out the dust and debris filters on your furnace as well.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY MAINTENANCE PLAN?

You will be able to select the first date that you would like us to come out and service your furnace and AC, then you can schedule the next appointment in person when we get to your house.
